As a adult dietary supplement take 3 Thermo-Caps twice daily on an empty stomach, preferably first thing in the morning and in the afternoon. Separate each dose of Scorch by at least 4 hours. Scorch can be stacked with Yohimbine HCI & REM P.M for more dramatic body fat reducing effects. Do not take past 4:00 PM as it may interfere with sleep.
