Stovetop Instructions

Sort and rinse 1 cup lentils. Place in a medium pot with 2 ½ cups of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until tender, about 25 minutes. Add more water as needed to keep lentils covered with water while cooking.  Make 4 servings (about 2 ½ cups).
