Methylcobalamin Fast Melt contains an active coenzyme form of vitamin B-12 instead of the more commonly available cyanocobalamin form. Methylcobalamin Fast Melt is a quick-dissolving and easily absorbed Coenzymated form of vitamin B-12 for energy and nerve health support. B-12 is normally found in meat, seafood, eggs and dairy. Fast Melt is an excellent source of B-12 for vegans and older adults. Persons over 60 tend to have less stomach acid, resulting in less absorption of B-12. The Fast Melt formulation compensates with easy B-12 absorption. B-12 is essential for healthy function of red blood cells, regulation of normal homocysteine levels and the production of SAMe, the body's main methyl donor.

1 tablet daily. Place in mouth, allow tablet to dissolve, and swallow.

Mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, modified cellulose gum, natural black cherry and peach flavors, magnesium stearate, citric acid, and stevia extract.
