All you need:

2 tbsp oil + 3/4 cup water

Baking Directions

1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly coat 8"x8" baking pan with oil and sprinkle with flour (such as Enjoy Life All-Purpose Flour Mix) or line with parchment paper.
2. Combine brownie mix, 2 tablespoons oil, and 3/4 cup water in a bowl, stirring briskly with a whisk (approx. 20 stirs), until mix is combined and no lumps remain.
3. Pour into 8"x8" prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean.

Makes approximately 14 brownies.
